L’École des Ursulines de Québec et Loretteville, Campus Vieux-Québec

Founded in 1639, L’École des Ursulines de Québec (Old Quebec campus) perpetuates the educational values bequeathed by its founder, Sainte Marie de l’ Incarnation. It offers an enriched preschool and primary program for girls and boys that exceeds the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

L’École des Ursulines is the only private elementary school in the Quebec City region that has been authorized by the IB to offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Program to all its students since 1998. This program prepares children to become responsible citizens of the world in a context where pedagogical approaches are differentiated according to the needs of each.

Since 2016, L’École des Ursulines offers an English immersion program, the Vision Concept, to its clientele of the Old Quebec campus.

Several extracurricular activities are offered in addition to a language program and an advanced music program offered by qualified teachers.

At the end of the day, an optional supervised study service is offered to students from 2nd to 6th grade.
